The Balcony Bar
With sweeping views over the South Bank and the River Thames, the Balcony Bar is an exceptional setting for festive receptions of up to 180 standing guests. Light, airy and contemporary, the space features a private bar, dedicated bathrooms and lift access for seamless arrival.
Seasonal menus crafted by our chefs make this the ideal spot for Christmas drinks receptions, winter gatherings and post‑screening celebrations.
The Drawing Room
Hidden behind a moveable bookcase, the Drawing Room is our intimate, secret cocktail bar, warm, cosy and perfect for smaller festive events.
Host up to 25 guests seated for a three‑course festive menu or 40 guests standing for drinks, canapés and bowl food. Enjoy a glass of fizz before moving to the dining table for a relaxed, atmospheric Christmas celebration.
The BFI Riverfront
Situated on the doorstep of London’s South Bank, the Riverfront is ideal for large festive events, hosting up to 450 standing guests for canapés, larger bites, bowl food and drinks.
Begin your celebration with Champagne before moving on to a curated selection of wines, beers and cocktails. For something more bespoke, our expanding black book of external suppliers can help you create personalised food stations for an extra‑special festive experience.
The BFI Bar
Just steps from the Riverfront, the BFI Bar offers a decadent festive setting for groups of up to 450 standing guests. With mood lighting and floor‑to‑ceiling windows, it’s one of the most atmospheric event spaces in the area, perfect for lively Christmas parties and late‑night celebrations.
